BARACK OBAMA !

Hello readers !

Today our teacher has proposed to write an article about a person who has won a nobel price, so, I have decided to write about Barack Obama, the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

I am writing about Obama because I think he is very important in the history of the United States and also of the whole world. He is a man who has fought realy hard to be president of USA, because a lot of people has judged him because he is a black person. Here you have a little biography about him, and the reason why he won the Nobel Prize.

Barack Hussein Obama II (born August 4, 1961) is the 44th and current President of the United States, the first African American to hold the office; and The reason of why he was given the Nobel Peace Prize is this:

In 2004, Obama received national attention during his campaign to represent Illinois in the United States Senate with his victory in the March Democratic Party primary, his keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in July, and his election to the Senate in November.

He began his presidential campaign in 2007, and in 2008, after a close primary campaign against Hillary Rodham Clinton, he won sufficient delegates in the Democratic Party primaries to receive the presidential nomination. He then defeated Republican nominee John McCain in the general election, and was inaugurated as president on January 20, 2009.

Later, nine months after his election, Obama was named the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.

FOOTBALL !

Hello to everyone !

This week we had to make a mind map in mind42, about any topic that we wanted. So, I have done a map about the European Football, because I like football very much.In this map you will be able to see three teams of the Spanish League called La Liga, and another three teams of the Premier League. I also have put two European National Teams; Engald and Germany.

On the one hand, in the Spanish League, the three teams that I have put are Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and my favourite team called Real Sociedad. However, in the Premier League the teams that I put are Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, and Manchester United. In each team I have put a little biography of a player of that team.; so, I have chosen players that are important in this teams, I wanted to put more players but I didn't have time.

On the other hand, in the European National Teams, I have put the honours of each team and the most important players of that teams in the history.

COLLABORATIVE STORY !

Hello guys !

Today we've made a story in pairs. My classmate and me have decided to make a fairy tale story about a princess called Sissi. We had to make stories all the class together, and in our story the first two paragraphs are made by my classmate and me. But all the rest people have annoyed the story. We were about to make a perfect story of princes and princesses, but now it isn't. We don't like this story at all, but we couldn't do anything.

This story is called The Dangerous Island, I hope you'll like it !

Once upon a time, there was a princess from United Kingdom called Sissi. Sissi was a beautiful girl, her hair was long and blonde, and a little curly. She was very happy and nice, and she was waiting for her blue prince.

On 7th of July, in 1496, she went to the sea to swim with dolphins. She went with her father, the king, Rodolph, and with Cher, her best friend. They went in a ship to 1000km away from the coast, so when they saw some dolphins they dived into the sea. But Rodolph stayed on the ship taking a nap. Then, Cher and Sissi started speaking with the dolphins.

But, suddenly they found out that the dolphins weren’t friendly, just the opposite! Warried, Sissi told her friend:

- Cher, these dolphins don’t seem very friendly, do they?

Cher started kidding her , till one of the biggest ones bit her, so, she started screaming, and she shouted:

- Sissi! Let’s go to the ship, if we don’t they will end eating us!

They were very nervous, they started looking to all directions, but there wasn’t any ship! Rodolph didn’t jump to the sea and he stayed in the ship sleeping. But, he didn’t think that the ship would go alone without a clear direction through the ocean.

Clearly Sissi and Cher realised that they were lost in the middle of nothing. Luckily, the dolphins got bored and went away.Sissi started thinking and said:

- Well Cher, it’s very clear that we are lost and we don’t know where it’s the shore, so the best thing we can do is to give hand to each other and to float in the sea, sometime we will found the shore .

Suddenly they discovered a bird flying around them, and they knew because it was a seagull, that some land was near, so they decided to swim on that direction with the hope of finding some land. Some minutes later of swimming they arrived in an island, they were in a strange and different place, it was everything different, the fruits were strange and they had exotic colours, the trees and plants were big and exotic, they looked as if they had there own live, they heard strange noises from the jungle.

Then they saw a lot of monkeys, and the strange thing of them was that they had wings and they were of different colours. They looked very friendly but suddenly they started shouting and they showed their fangs. Sissi and Cher started to run throw the jungle, when suddenly they appeared in a lake of crocodiles. The crocodiles had big and sharp teeth, they were very curious because they were gold coloured. Cher didn’t notice that he was stepping on one crocodile, immediately the crocodile reacted and pulled out her leg with a bite. Cher dragged throw the ground, while other crocodiles were chasing her. Sissi didn’t know what to do so she abandoned her friend, she let her die. Then the crocodiles reached Cher and dismembered her completely. The monkeys were stupefied and that was an opportunity to escape.

She started to run and when she arrived to the sea shore she realise that the island hadn’t an ending, the sea shore followed as far as dissapearing in the horizon. The monkeys have dissapeared so she went throught the jungle. In the other side of the jungle there wasn’t any shore, the land hadn’t had a finish. The land started moving up and down, it was an earthquake! Quickly she entered in a cave and closed his eyes. When she woke up she felt that the cave wasn’t so soft as this ground, with a blanket , ap ilow and sheets, what was this? She looked up and she saw that the roof was very vey tall! A enormous monkey was preparing the breakfast in the kitchen! In front of her it was none other than king kong.

She appreciate that in the big breakfast something was missing. On the centre of the table it was a plate without anything inside. She was confused and worried because she didn’t know what was going to happen. Suddenly, the monekys went to pick up Sissi and they want to cook she. They entered Sissi on a casserole and they did the fire for cooking.

Some days after, the monkeys didn’t have nothing to eat and they were killing themselfs little by little. On a few weeks, everyone in the island was dead and the legend sais that everyone who travels to this island doesn’t survive.

SOCIAL WEBSITES !

Welcome to everyone !

Today I'm going to write a new article about social websites. Nowadays the most popular social websites are Twitter, Facebook, Tuenti and Whatsapp, and a lot of teenagers have an account in some of this websites. In this article I'll write the advantages and disadvantages of these websites.

Some of the advantages that these social websites have are that you can speak with your friends without paying and also with people that live far away, and this gives you the opportunity to know their culture. You are able to share pictures and videos, and you can share your feelings and what is happening around your life too. You also are able to make group conversations to speak with all your friends at the same time.

But these websites also have disadvantages. For example, if you upload a photo in Twitter, and if you have a public account, strangers can see it, and also they can control you without following you. One of the most important disadvantages is that these websites are addicting, people spend hours in these websites and they go out very little.

As a conclusion, I think that to have an account in these social websites is very good, but you have to control how much time you spend with the computer, because if you spend too much time it can be very very bad.
